Return Right of withdrawal is done according to OUG 34/2014 art. 9/1 within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal is made in accordance with OUG 34/2014 art. 9/1 within 14 days - the conditions and modalities of exercising the right of withdrawal, for the cases provided for in this ordinance, in the form of the following clause: „the consumer benefits from a period of 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract or an off-premises contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw”.
Before the withdrawal period expires, the consumer informs the seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract by telephone at the following number: 0752.669.615
– In accordance with current legislation, the right of withdrawal is only applicable to individual customers.
– The 14-day right of withdrawal can only be applied to products delivered by courier.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and the refund for the product's value will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the return.
The return will be made in the same way as the shipment, via the courier agreed by the seller. Returned products must be properly packaged to be protected during transport and to protect their original packaging.
Money refund:
After the products have been accepted for return, the refund will be made to a bank account specified by the client within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
This operation is FREE, as we commit to refunding you the FULL value of the returned products. In this regard, we will cover all fees related to this transfer. To carry out the bank transfer, you must provide your IBAN account number, the account holder's name, and their personal identification number (CNP).
