Delivery method:

            Regardless of the products you ordered from us, you will benefit from a delivery service. We aim to deliver products as safely and quickly as possible.

Order delivery:

            The delivery method and conditions vary depending on the total order value, the delivery location, and the weight and dimensions of the package.

Orders can also be delivered outside of Romania, in which case payment in advance by bank transfer is required.

Payment methods accepted are: cash on delivery or bank transfer.

For orders with a value less than 500 lei, a transport fee of 35 lei will be charged.

For deliveries outside the courier's coverage area, an additional delivery fee will be charged, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery time:

Within Romania, 1-3 business days from order confirmation, but no more than 15 days from the order registration date.

Outside of Romania, the delivery time and cost will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

Order processing:

            Processing an order as well as its delivery can take between 1-3 business days, but no more than 15 days from the order registration date for deliveries made within Romania.
